BSM: Feeling Wistful

Today, I am wishing I still had a piano at hand, because I think music might help me break this funk I'm in.

I have been funky lately and it always shows in my photography. I am finally coming out of it. Whew. I think shooting what you are feeling is a good way to work it out of your system. Either way, this shot is so poetic and beautiful. Black and white really makes it special.
    Feel better soon. : )

I'm with you there too. Perhaps it's the season. We wait for spring all winter because, well winter is tireing, and then is spring ever what we really THINK it will be? I don't know. Hope you're feeling better soon. Oh, your welcome to use my piano anytime, it's main use right now is being beat on by my boys. I should play more often but you know, when it's sitting there, it's kinda like, well...taken for granted.

What an expressive shot. It says so much. I actually have a very similar one, just with some litle hands on the keys.

Sorry to hear about the funk - I think we all get that way sometimes. But its great that you are searching for a remedy in music - music always makes me feel better too.

Beautiful shot - the piano is waiting for you...

I'm sorry you've been feeling down lately. I, too, wish we had a piano for me to sit at and fiddle around when the mood strikes. One thing I really miss is being able to make music.

This is gorgeous! It's the perfect angle, and a great shot to use in black and white.

I know what you mean - I have been in somewhat of a funk myself. I'm blaming all the rain we've had. But today is sunny, so I'm hopeful!

I really like your photo, and thanks for the honesty too. Funks can be hard to snap out of. I've been feeling one myself lately.

My funks swoop down out of no where sometimes and I'm always left standing there with a "what just happened to me" kind of face. Then a while later I realize I'm feeling better again. I hope the sun breaks through your haze soon.

I can't tell you how much I love that picture. It's wonderful!

Great picture Lara! Funks do lift even if temporarily.

Oh, I have felt that was lately too. Maybe it's just the constant getting sick around here, or in the air...

Here's mine - sorry no live link
